“The managers here have to become Team players to support the crew when it's crowded, rush hour and in crunch time....Never should a manager tell a crew member; that they cannot do a job, I dont do that, or it's not my job. I from old school where managers knew all aspects of the operations and had to hold the line to make things happen effectively and assist with the mission of delivering a great service. Some retraining and personal development tactics need to be installed here.... But at the end of ya gruesome wait....it's Wendy's food and taste that helps you to compromise....“

“Only thing when it's shift change you get left awaiting food was good though just didn't like that because it's shift change they are trained incorrectly to make you wait when shift change happens you should be ready to keep orders rolling not losing customers who are helping you keep your job ..“

“Get this you guys... So a Pizza with 1 topping. I just want extra cheese. go there every week and order the exact same Pizza. this particular face wants say "Sir, you gon' have to pay for that Cheese. Cheese is not a topping!". I'm good my life is not at this level of petty. I'll just go to Walmart then.“

“These burgers remind me of the old school Wendy's hamburgers that are very juicy, flavorable, and definitely worth it. Service, even with the tip, was meh. It was evening and there were only 2 cars, and it took a good 5 min, which is fine. Like I said, it was great!“
