I do not like Zaxby’s, BUT I saw a commercial for the Asian Zensation salad. I thought I would give it a try. OMG, it was delicious! The egg roll was better than I get from Chinese restaurants. Very pleasantly surprised!
Great food! Great service! The breading on the chicken fingers is wonderful. I always get the Buffalo garlic dip. It is addictive. The lobby is always extremely clean. I eat here or three times a week, and the employees go out of their way to the extra friendly and helpful. Deidre, Kenneth, Derrick, Dasia, Winston. Love all the employees!!! I do not understand how in the world these other people gave them a low rating. This is a wonderful location.

I had a pickup order and granted the store was busy this day, but have they ever heard of FIRST IN, FIRST OUT!?? I sat at the front counter for over 20 minutes WAITING for my order and NOT A SINGLE WORKER ACKNOWLEDGED ME. I was very upset I had to yell EXCUSE ME.
