“Wes and I try to visit Martin’s in Livingston once a month or so. Today we had to work in the afternoon and didn’t feel like cooking. We had a few cold beers with friends and a few appetizers. We tried the bbq Pork Skins with queso and the Ultimate hush puppies. The Pork Skins were fantastic. I really liked them. The hush puppies were really hard and dry; hard to chew but Dalton, the bartender, gladly brought us another order. The Pork Skins were still better. We brought home a Club Sandwich, the Cordon Blue sandwich, and the Philly Steak and Cheese. Good food, good service, cold beers, and good times. We’ll be back.”

Incredible that fried Mississipi Catfish with the jalapeño corn bread, and all the other side dishes like the deep-fried corn and green bean pickles and the hushpuppies? I honestly don't recall the name of that last one, but do yourself a favour and hop over if you're around. All the flavours complemented each other so well!”
