“Ok my first time here you guys know I'm harder because I was an owner so I loved this place anytime you go somewhere and it does not look the place that's great. It was mid-afternoon and no crowd plenty of staff so I was confused as to the wait. Finally made our order and turn around was also a little slow as there was only one other table sitting. Food arrived good stuff I was happy overall. I didn't know about this place will gladly tell others to stop by for a good meal hopefully a fast one.“

“It is small but quaint. The nice lady who seems to run it was friendly, fast and helpful. The food was DELICIOUS, hot and MADE FRESH!! I will definitely go back and I have already told friends about this hidden gem!! The cost is VERY affordable especially, since it is all made FRESH! “First time at a Steak ‘n Shake! We decided to visit when we read they don’t use seed oils. Pretty delicious! Love the thin fries, though they needed more salt.
The staff members were friendly and helpful with bringing our food to the table since I had two toddlers. Fairly clean and everything was made to order, although we came at 3 pm for an early dinner.

“We enjoyed eating here since it had been a while. My husband and I got the special deal and I will say that I will not ever get a “special deal steak meal” bc the meat was very tiny and very tuff!! However it was still okay. Service was EXCELLENT!! I must say if you’ve never had the Sizzlin’ butter pecan blondie before then TRUST ME don’t EVER go to Applebees without getting this. Even if ur stuffed…u will make room for it. Just TRUST. it is a walnut blondie sizzled and drizzled with maple cream sauce topped with vanilla ice cream and candid pecans!! It is to die for!!!“

“I waited 10 - 15 minutes on my food. At 1:15 both lines were busy so I walked up. I was informed by the cashier that they were making fresh sandwiches so it would be a few. Few minutes later I was asked if I wanted something to drink due to the wait and declined the offer. I get home and open my bag and there were 2 apple pies in it. I called up there and told the manager they did an awesome job and keep up the good work. My order was $4.50 , I know people always complain but a compliment can go a long way as well. Thanks rally’s for the great service.“

My only complaint is that it was a bit too many cookie dough pieces to the point where I had more pieces than ice cream lol but its ok! It was well mixed and they did not hold back, so I really appreciate that!“

“Today's experience was much better than it has been in the past few months. The location on Highway 80, Jackson, MS when they initially opened, without fail, was prompt, efficient, and served perfect hot food. Now, it is a hit and miss. I usually drive about 5 miles out of my way to the location in Pear, MS to pickup my husband's breakfast and return back to Jackson, passing the nearest Jack's, to take my husband his breakfast. I hope today's visit is a sure sign that things are turning around!“

I jumped in the drive thru, and was asked to come to the walk up. I only had maybe a five min wait time for my food. The staff was nice and the building was clean. The food was delicious.“
