“Food is standard CFA but my only complaint is how the mobile through gets backed up and the people delivering the food to the car seem to never look at the car description. It would be great if a car is waiting on additional food or a corrected order, it can be moved forward enough so the five cars behind it (that have already received their food) can go ahead and exit. And several times the person bringing out the food goes right past my car to nearly every other car that’s not even the same make as mine. Then finally comes to me and asks for my name.“
“I visited this location after a three hour ride into town. This was my first visit here but expected the same quality of service and food. My mistake was ordering inside, which I rarely do. There was a large group (maybe about 15-20 kids) who were placing orders. For one, the staff did not get flustered! They maintained their a cool head and had 1-2 cashiers handling the groups, while another handled individual orders like mine. Once I placed my order I had to wait about 15-20 minutes before my food came out. Although the wait seemed longer inside than the drive through, the staff still maintained good customer service! Kudos to them!!“
