“I have a wife and five kids, so seven different orders at once right at 3:30 when the place is packed after school gets out.
Well, it was hard for even me to keep track of my order. Luckily Bethany was my Chik Fil-a associate. She was not only affable and kind, but infinitely patient.
At point all my kids had gotten their milkshakes, and I decided that yes, I wanted one too.
No problem for Bethany. Took my order right then and there. And I almost forgot the best part, with all the kid-related food chaos, I accidentally drove off without my milkshake and parked close by for us to eat.
Bethany chased me down and reminded me sweetly that I had forgotten my milkshake and then 2 min later walked all the way out to me.
Drive through can really be trying for parents of young kids. Most often fast food staff is oblivious, annoyed, or worse, actively angry and inappropriate if you try and change an order.
