“I’m doing this hours after I visited the restaurant but I just wanted to say how pleased I was this afternoon! My 92 year old great grandfather wanted to go to dairy queen for dinner tonight so we went. The lady who took our order was extremely nice & even told us a little secret 🤫 lol. I believe her name was Tasha D. but again this was many hours after eating there & Im not 100% on the name! I do know she was very kind and patient with us! She knows who she was! Thank you!!“

“The staff was so friendly. We all know that a lot of fast food places lack in customer service. Not here! Very courteous and helpful. Service with a smile. I appreciated that as much as I did the food. The fries were very hot and fresh. They also had a little lady who kept the dining room clean. As soon as a customer left, she was sanitizing the tables. You never see that attention to detail in fast food. I do love an Asiago Chicken sandwich, and I have to say, this absolutely was the best Wendy's I've ever dined at.“

“I went for corn on cob ( that they don't sell) Anyway my experience was different I learned it was a AI order taker. ( I generally don't eat out) after placing my order coleslaw and dirty rice I was met with a smile ( Alvin) Alvin was very courteous I appreciate great customer service. Keep up the great work Alvin you are appreciated ( young man was well versed and I think he's doing an amazing job) I'm visiting here in Mississippi for work and I have to tell you customer service has been awesome“

“We had an amazing time tonight! Everyone told us we had to try out Jack’s and I’m so glad we did! Ms. Gloria, Ms. Lawanda, Alexis, and Tiffany were all so helpful from the moment we walked through the door. They all had a smile on their faces and willing to do whatever they needed to ensure we enjoyed our time! I wish I could give them more than 5 stars because they deserve it!
