I have used the app the last couple of times I have ordered and scheduled a delayed pickup. Both times my food had been ready on time, and you could tell it wasn't prepared hours in advance and just left sitting waiting to be picked up. They are always clean, and the staff is friendly. Unfortunately, they do not participate in many of the offers seen advertised on television. No bogo offers here I am sad to say. But, the food is always top quality!
Subway I like I think she was the manager but she was very friendly and made great sandwiches and gave out deals.. I didn't mind waiting on there she made us feel comfortable she talked to us while we were in line. I don't think I've ever had that from a Subway..
