They should pay their chef double or triple, whatever it takes to keep them. Everything we had from salad through dessert was perfect in seasoning, quantity, and presentation. I don’t know of any gumbo I’ve had better than theirs. Save room for the white chocolate bread pudding for dessert. Nothing like it anywhere in the world. “My husband and I had the best experience with the Staff at Benson’s Steakhouse. When we entered the Restaurant we were greeted with smiles and customer service was excellent, including the young man that was our waiter. Oh! our steaks were cooked to perfection and tender. “This month I've tried 3 different dishes from Tiangle. All 3 were hits. I tried the smoked shrimp dip, 9/10. Great with crackers. Secondly I tried the crab leg pan on Labor Day. It waa flavorful and cooked well. 9/10. Lastly, the catfish plate. 10 /10.“
