Hattiesburg is great at hyping restaurants up and its really not all that. The chicken even though fried good, it lacked taste. The livers tasted dirty/off and bland. I will never get the Mac and cheese again (horrible). Chicken on a stick was meh. Okra was very good and the biscuit was OK today. I know they could do better. This is my 3rd time trying and I'm not impressed.
I went by due to the fact the chicken was halal. The food was good, but there are some items on the menu that have pork. So it is not a halal restaurant but the chicken is halal. But over all my experience was average. It wasn't as the people make it out to be....

This store is a coin flip of a choice, 80% of the time it's fine and enjoyable, 10% it misses the mark, but that last 10% is when it's 1am and you just stumbled in completely tilted off the face of the earth and the chicken hits like it came from up on high.
