“We absolutely love this Chick-fil-A! Several things like service, structure and teamwork, cleanliness, fresh food, and employees. It's all amazing. We love all the employees but there's one employee stands out the most here and that's Darnell. He is the sweetest young man who is so dedicated, hard working, loyal and a joy to chat it up with about baseball and food he cooks at home. I absolutely love coming here and seeing him. Not too many young adults stay in a place and becoming the face of a company like Darnell has. He deserves a raise and recognition for all his hard work and dedication for not only the restaurant but for also us customers who come here. We love ya Darnell! Keep up the great work! To much! lol But last week I ordered through the chick fil a app for delivery and used my points for a free frosted coffee and never received my order I payed $45 and then received a call from a DoorDash driver telling me order was stolen from another driver and my order was then cancelled and I called the number the Chick-fil-A app had and the lady I spoke with told me I would receive my refund within three days! This was on Jan. 28th and I still have yet to receive my refund?! :( very disappointing! $45 was a lot to spend that day I was sick for two weeks and my daughter was sick as well and she just wanted some chick fil a so I decided to spend that money and was out my last bit of extra money and nor did she get her lunch that day she wanted.. 🤦‍♀️ I would be mindful Using there app for delivery! :(“

“Every time I order food, it's hot, made fresh, and never wrong. The lady at the counter is always nice and polite and the cook always does a great job. The restaurant is always clean! Always! This has become my new favorite restaurant!“

“I stopped by Jack's during my work lunch break looking for something quick and filling. Overall, the experience was just alright—nothing particularly impressive, but not bad either. I ordered one of their combo meals, which came out reasonably fast, so I appreciated the efficiency given my limited time.
The food itself was okay. The burger was warm and decently put together, but it lacked the kind of flavor that would make me want to come back specifically for it. The fries were hot and crispy, though a bit under-seasoned for my taste. I did like the portion size—it was fair for the price, and I didn’t leave hungry.
The service was polite, if a bit rushed, but that’s understandable during the lunch rush. The dining area was relatively clean, although a few tables hadn't been wiped down yet.
In short, Jack's delivered what I expected: a quick, no-fuss meal to get me through the rest of my workday. It's not the kind of spot I'd go out of my way for, but it works if you're nearby and need something fast and familiar. Solid 3 out of 5. Nothing special, but it got the job done.“
