I just want to thank the Chef at the Westin for preparing a wonderful meal to take to my room. I’m from the South and I know Cornbread, Catfish, and Gumbo. Catfish was excellent, and the Gumbo was actually scooped out from the bottom of the pot for my “to go” order. Too much to eat, although I enjoyed it thoroughly. I would recommend this restaurant to the locals in the Jackson area.

I took a business partner to dinner at Estelle Southern Table tonight and it did not disappoint! Everything from our drinks and appetizers to our entrees was delicious! The jalapeno cornbread was flavorful, moist with just the right kick. The pimento crab dip was very rich with plenty of crab in it. Our main courses included the red fish, petite steak, and the smothered pork chop, and they were all wonderful! I will be back, and I encourage you to go.
