IHOP in Jackson

“Tracy was our waitress. She is a very nice and friendly lady. We always enjoy the people working here. We had to ask for a towel to clean our booth when we sat down. Most of the booths were empty but not wiped down. Unfortunately we were slightly disappointed in the food this visit. We had a surprise chocolate chip pancake that we didn’t order hiding under a regular one. My French toast was made out of the wrong bread and had to be microwaved. We had to ask for creamer and silverware after getting our drinks. I think there was some confusion over who our server was. There was no mayo on the sandwich even though it said it came with it. The food is just usually a lot better. We enjoy the environment and the staff is very friendly we just didn’t have the best experience today. We will come back it just may be a while.“

“Wow if you are looking for great food and a totally family feel experience. This was the best experience i have ever had at an IHOP. They are so friendly and attentive. The food was delicious. However, it was the staff experience that put it over the top. If you are looking for a great meal and an experience were leave feeling like you are family. This is the place to come.“
