“Lovely place, the servers are always friendly and caring. The coffee itself is always really good and freshly ground right there. The only "bad" I can say Is that they lack hot food items. But don't takes that as their food is back, their lemon bars and chocolate croissants are really good. The shop itself is always clean and a nice place to relax. 100% would recommend.

Dietary restrictions: They have alot of milk substitutes and sugar free options for their drinks.”

“Amazing family-owned and operated business. Doug takes personal pride in preparing steaks every Thursday night on an outdoor grill. His daughter tends the counter at the wine market bent is well-versed in all things related to liquor wine and beer. The prices are very reasonable and they have an amazing selection the wait staff is very attentive and ensure you are well taken care of when you are dining in the restaurant.

“Always fresh and delicious. This isn’t a place where the food is good one day and the next it isn’t. It’s always good and tastes great. The prices are fair and the portions are large. They’ve taken larger orders (20+ plates)for us and every order has been correct and had everything it was supposed to have, just give them a few days notice. For catering, make sure you give them a couple of weeks. Friendly staff as well.”

“Mrs. Marguerite herself did my cake tasting and was so incredibly informative. She shared her story and how she creates all of her cakes, and you can just tell this truly is her passion. The cake tasting was fantastic, and you get to take the rest home! As someone who is usually incredibly picky, I loved every single one that I tried. Her cakes are so different than your average cake - they’re light and so very tasty. We are looking forward to going back and ordering our wedding cake! Truly don’t think there’s a better option out there!”

“Can't believe you can go to a travel center and get one of the best burgers you can buy. But it's absolutely true. Whataburger used to be my favorite burger. But now I have a new one. They're bigger and better. I had the xxl and It was huge. And they have a xxxl burger. They have pictures on a wall of people who have finished it. So it must be a monster. Well worth the little trip from Lacombe. For sure going back to try the xxxl.

“Hit or miss. My kids walk there often but the window isn’t always open for them. Their snoballs are good, but the cheesecake they use for their stuffed snoballs misses the mark. It’s a basic snoball stand that does their basic job, nothing extra nothing less.”

Even though she got busy while we were there, she still stayed calm and friendly, and remembered every order without having to write anything down. Also nice to see the chef bring food out and greeting the guests. Highly recommend!”
