“Food was delicious…shrimp po boy for the win! Looking forward to trying the catfish next time as my friend finished her plate! And my hubby had plenty of options as well as a NON seafood eater. And I almost forgot about the trolly right outside that serves ice cream! This place is clean inside and out! Obviously I was impressed! ??“

“First place me and my husband came to when we drove into town, literally off the highway to here. Immediately became our favorite spot! Best Po Boys in town, Gumbo to warm your soul, fries are to die for and much more. Owner is the best and had my husbands order down by the third visit! lol It’s months later and this is still our go to spot since moving here 7 months ago!“

“Popcorn shrimp are always over cooked and are like eating little rocks. Steamed shrimp are very difficult to peel to the point I won't even order them anymore. So unless I want chicken strips or fish slivers and cold Fry's and hard hush puppies I won't stop on the few times it is open. Now with that said the girls working the counter are super nice and friendly but the food needs a little help.“

“We love The Tackle Box! Husband got a steak and I got the 1/2lb Snow Crab and 1/2lb boiled shrimp. Everything was delicious! And great prices for the amount of food!!“
