“My co-workers and I went to Chuck's SouthSide today for the first time. Our waitress was precious and made sure she answered all our question and made sure our needs were taken care of. Since it was my first time she recommended the special the bacon BBQ mac n cheese burger with hand cut fries and OMG this burger did not disappoint!!! It was magical to say the least. My husband got the Black and Blue Burger and my coworker got the crispy chicken tacos, and they were perfect! Trust me when I tell you you will not be disappointed at the experience.”

“During the Hobbiton tour we stopped here for about 30 minutes after touring the movie set. Very good theming and they offered 3 alcoholic drink choices and 1 non-alcoholic. They had a dark beer, amber ale, hard cider and a non alcoholic ginger beer. We tried the hard cider and ginger beer and enjoyed both. They sell a variety of tempting snacks including scones, cookies, muffins and pies but we saved ourselves for Shire's Rest Cafe. They have a picture opportunity where you can put on some aprons, hats and a vest. This is also the only point in the Hobbiton set area where you can use the bathroom. The facilities are quite maintained and it is themed very well. If you book the evening tour you can have dinner here but it is an included stop in any of the tours at present. Due to the construction of a new attraction on the movie set they included a complimentary "Green Dragon Inn" schooner as an apology/thank you which is available for a limited time as of July 2023.”

“Called in at 3.30pm on our way through to Hattiesburg. Both young ladies were warm and welcoming and the coffee smelt delicious. The iced Chai Latte with maple syrup was very good. Others in our group had espresso, mocha and an Americano, all excellent. The homemade blueberry muffin and cherry danish, warmed for us, were also great. Would happily enjoy coffee and or lunch here again and highly recommend this business.”

“While I love and recommend La Fuente, I must say I’m very disappointed in the quality of the food here lately. The last few times I’ve eaten there the main dishes have been very greasy. So greasy that I got tacos and the hard shells were soggy before i could finish them. Today I had taco salad and had more grease than meat!!! I tried to put some cheese dip in it to thicken it up but the grease over powered the dip. The menu said a salad with a crispy tortilla bowl. The bowl was so soggy I couldn’t even cut it with a fork: They need somebody to do quality control in the kitchen before they send their food out!!!”

“Their food is always made fresh and so good. Unlike the other sonic in purvis, MS. Their food there tastes like it's not seasoned and the meat looks old at times. I'll prefer this sonic off of hwy 49 over them anytime.”
