“I come in today and I got a sub free cuz I have a reward that said I could redeem for a 7.5 sub well the guy who took my order said he he could pull it up with my phone number well I got the sub free but then I got home and noticed it took it from my points well I called In to speak to the manager said no manager was there and said that when you redeem rewards for a birthday sub it comes off your points well that don’t make since cuz it gives me a date to use it by and if it was on my points then I could redeem it any time so I wanna know what I can do to get my points back cuz I didn’t want to use them right now since I had the coupon that I could have used“

“When my granddaughter comes to visit she insists on Hardee's for breakfast every time. We are fortunate in Pascagoula that this is the best fast food around. The resturant is clean, service is quick & friendly and the food is hot and good! We will be back again & again. Great job!“

“My husband and I stopped here with our 2 year old when driving through Lucedale. We were greeted by the nicest, most pleasant human I think I have ever come across. She met us with a smile and welcomed us in, she even spoke to our child. When we told her it was our first visit, she gave many recommendations. We thoroughly enjoyed everything we ordered. The burger was so good and everything was super fresh. I would definitely recommend giving this little diner a try.“

“I've been to Subways across the country and even in Asia. This location is the best!

I'm not sure if this location is brand new, but the place was incredibly clean. Usually you expect to see scratches and/or fingerprints on the glass, ingredients missing or strewn across the selection table, but none of that was here! The glass was super clean, making choosing my ingredients easy. Each of the ingredient bins were full and neat.

The staff were incredible too. Very friendly, charismatic and welcoming. And despite there being trainees at the time, service was really quick.

Lastly, my sandwich was just plain delicious. You'd think it would always be since you choose how it's made, but sometimes there's too much or too little of one thing or another, or maybe it was toasted too long, but my sandwich was perfect.

If this location was a bit farther away than another location, I would still drive to this location.“

“I order from this location all the time. The owners--a husband and wife--are the nicest people around, and are always willing to help. Most of the time, they see me arrive, and have already begun to prepare my order even before I have even entered the store! I love this location!!!“

“David store manager extremely rude. I was told order is expected to be late on a Friday night and he was not giving any free pizza, mind you I didn't ask for any freebies. He overtalked me several times when I asked him not to then threaten to cancel my order. The order arrived 20 mins over the estimated delivery time.
