“I waited 10 - 15 minutes on my food. At 1:15 both lines were busy so I walked up. I was informed by the cashier that they were making fresh sandwiches so it would be a few. Few minutes later I was asked if I wanted something to drink due to the wait and declined the offer. I get home and open my bag and there were 2 apple pies in it. I called up there and told the manager they did an awesome job and keep up the good work. My order was $4.50 , I know people always complain but a compliment can go a long way as well. Thanks rally’s for the great service.“

I got the Philly Steak sandwich, it was wonderfully made and I was impressed. Tea. Good as always. If I had to grade them I would give them an A+. I will be back. Their chicken tenders were flavored excellently, for my sides I had macaroni and cheese (it was so cheesy that there were strings of cheese from the plate to my fork), coleslaw (sweet and yummy), fried okra (seasoned perfectly), and a biscuit with honey drizzled on it, there was also a pickled jalapeno to top it off. It was very reasonably priced and well worth the money. It was fried to perfection. Best fried chicken I've ever had in my life. The service was promptly delivered by a very professional and ethical staff that was very helpful and with that southern charm. I'd I could give them a 10, that's what they should get. The staff was friendly, the customers were friendly, they simply ran out of two of my favorites.... the mild sauce and the crisp lettuce to top off a bowl. I tried the new honey chicken and it was delicious. The brown rice was a fresh, moist, hot batch that was delicious. The medium sauce masked the lime flavor that you taste more with a mild sauce. A worker in the drive thru line gave us a cup of pico from her work station that the inside main line had run out of after we had paid and sat down. If you are looking for a kind work crew, visit this location but get there earlier than we did so your favorites don't run out. Have a joy-filled July by including Jackson's Chipotle in your day.“
