Olivia's Old South on a croissant with an extra scoop & my extra side was grape salad. The whole meal is to die for (not literally, but you know what I mean. ). I even suggested the Olivia's Old South to another soon to be customer of Chicken Salad Chick. She tried another kind but liked Olivia's Old South better. It was just sweet enough for her.“

“delicious food and everyone is so nice and the woman who ran our food even made jokes with us:) i usually go through the drive thru and was surprised how nice the inside is. they also have watermelon tea and strawberry lemonade both were very delicious. i always get fruity fran and mac and cheese. never disappoint!!! and the COOKIES! “We tried Rooster's/Basil's for the first time tonight at the recommendation of a family member. I'm so glad we did because it did NOT disappoint! Everything was made fresh to order and the customer service was the best I've experienced in awhile. We will definitely be eating there again and I highly recommend it!“

“This was the best smoked chicken and baked beans I’ve ever had that chicken will make you slap your mother and your Grandma. The Olive Branch Chicken Coop has delicious food that is consistently good. Usually I bring the wings home, but one time I ate there and I started to notice how badly the restaurant was kept up. It is uncomfortably hot and you will smell like fried food when you leave due to poor ventilation (this is normal for small restaurants that fry their food - not picking on this place). I was the only one who sat there and ate. I think the 2 guys working there were embarrassed b/c they started cleaning around me.“

“We were passing through Madison MS on 12/22/2025, and stopped to.eat at the restaurant. Our order was delivered to us promptly; the food was delicious; prices were reasonable. We were traveling from Arkansas, and we don't have your restaurant in our area. Next time we are passing through Madison MS, we will again stop to eat at your restaurant. The bathrooms were spotless; the restaurant was clean and inviting. We were very pleased with our experience. I would give y'all five stars and I wish we had one in Arkansas.“

“I pulled around in the drive thru line and the young man taking the orders knew that I usually place a mobile order. He asked me by name if I had any changes to my order and checked it in that I was here for pick up. I love that they know their regular customer by name. It is warming knowing they care.“

“I ordered drive thru. The staff was very friendly and even shared information to help me decide on the specialty beverage I ordered. I would recommend this location to others.

“I first had a sandwich back in the 70s at the Jackson Mall and was immediately hooked on Chic Filet. I can’t begin to count how many times I’ve eaten there and it’s always been great. Sadly, I was served the traditional chicken sandwich and couldn’t eat it due to a foul taste I can’t describe. I didn’t complain because I had some colleagues with me that were enjoying their meal and I must mention that the staff were so polite and genuine. I’m planning on giving it another try in the future. Sincerely“

“Wow!!!! Great customer service from the man working drive thru!!! At approx 315 March 14th. My order was exactly as I ordered and I was given utensils, ketchup, salt and pepper without having to ask!!!! Finally I found a fast food place in Jackson that has their business in order and actually cares about their customers and the food they put out!!! Good job guys!!!“

“I love chick fil a so much, but the wait here was terrible. I don’t think I have ever sat in a chick fil a line as long as I did when I went here, I went here a few days ago, but I will be back of course but the wait was a little frustrating“
