My daughter and I order the bag with the lobster tail. Upon getting the food and my daughter realizing the lobster tails where not in the bag, we notified the waiter. At this point, we are already eating out of the bag. The waiter comes to the table and wants to take the bags back to kitchen. I assume to make sure the lobster tails weren't in the bags. My visit to Red Pier Seafood in Southaven at 5 PM was a disappointing experience marred by poor service, long waits, and mismanagement.
Our group originally had 10 people, and before being seated, we were required to sign an agreement stating we would have one bill, provide a copy of a driver’s license, and accept an automatic 18% gratuity. After signing, we were informed of a 45-minute wait, which was expected....read full review
