Wendy's in Tupelo

“I went thru the drive thru this afternoon (8-19-26 around 3:50pm) and was met with the most pleasant voice. I gave my order and the gentleman thanked me and said he appreciated me. One doesn’t normally expect such a warm response to an order through a microphone. When I got to the window to pay, he greeted me with the biggest sweetest smile and hoped my day was going well. He said he appreciated having the opportunity to serve me and hoped I would come back. Now, this may be too much for some people but for me, I really needed that smile and sincerity. I hope his supervisor reads this because he deserves recognition at the very least. I did not catch his name, but, thank you sir. You made my day!“

“Whoever’s on first window that greets customers on the Headset Will absolutely make your day if you go through there, That man needs a raise, not very many places are like that anymore. Something is small and simple as that made my day just a little bit better, May Many blessings come this man’s way“

“It was about 10 PM and my food was FRESH. I didn't think it would be that fresh. Had to wait a couple of minutes, but everything was hot & fresh, so no complaints from me. It was no more than 3 minutes that I waited from speaker to bag in hand.“
