“With their large, juicy chicken fingers, they are always a treat. They treat their clientele well and satisfy their cravings. I only wish that there was one closer to O'Fallon, as it takes quite a while to get there and back. The chicken is still delicious notwithstanding, but if one waits too long to eat it, the oil will be absorbed by the breading and the tenders will become a tad soggy. Nevertheless, as I stated, the restaurant is pretty nice, and one should rate based off of service as opposed to accessibility.“

“Oxford may be a small town, but it's certainly noticed the change in atmosphere at the Firehouse. The new manager has brought about a revolution in customer service, transforming it from a place where you'd struggle to find a friendly face to one where staff know you by name and what you order. The attention to detail and genuine care shown by the manager is evident in the way the facility is run and how staff interact with customers. It's a welcome change that hasn't gone unnoticed.“

“Food was correct and hot and fresh. Drive through only had one person in it. The phone order line seems to slow down someone that just using the drive through. I know it is a must do, but eliminating cash payments in the drive thru would speed up the line. I painfully waited for the two cars in front of me using cash and getting ghange.“

“The service is great, and as always the food is awesome, the food also seems to be made after I order it and is fresh and hot, unlike McDonald's, Burger King and a few other fast food places, this makes Sonic my place to go to.I wish Sonic would start selling 5, 10, 20, 30 and 40 peice chicken nuggets with sweet & sour, honey mustard, BBQ, Ranch, and the other sauces that McDonald's and burger king offer.I also wish that Sonic would offer 24 hour services as well like McDonald's does to give us a better choice for fast food or stay open until 2 am instead of closing at 9 pm.Since we're in a major ivy league college town that has around 2 thousand college students a year if not more then Sonic is losing out on those nights where we need a better option to get something to eat and all the money that should be going to Sonic and instead is going to McDonald's. “Our first experience eating Guthrie’s was good. I would say it’s a mix between Zaxbys and Canes. You get a good portion of food. However, the cole slaw is not good so don’t order it. They said they get complaints all the time about it. Other than that, I highly recommend it.“

“An employee helped open the door for us upon entry, he was so gracious. The cashier took our order and answered my questions about a menu item, she was so very warm and friendly, I honestly love her she made my family's whole day. The meals were awesome too. We had the flamethrower burgers which were absolute fire, a chicken basket, and chicken kids meal. The ice cream was off the charts in this hot MS summer. We will DEFINITELY eat here again when we are back in Oxford in a few weeks!“

“one time they didnt put garlic on my garlic breadsticks... but they are nice and make good food. last time i went in, half of my pizza was "over cooked" as they said, and they were nice enough to redo it for me before i left so id get a perfect pizza.“

“This Zaxby’s exceeded my expectations! I was greeted as soon as I walked in, and the team was on top of everything—super polite and efficient. My food came out fast, and the chicken was hot, crispy, and delicious. You can tell they take pride in getting it right. Definitely one of the better Zaxby’s locations I’ve visited!“
