Went here i got 12 piece mixed meal .Car that was behind me , back up and went in and got there food before me . Had no Mac and cheese . So I got fries . And it wasn't in a side dish container. It was in a regular fry container. No plastic fork or nothing to eat with . Very polite employee, but felt like I wasn't the right colored skin .
I love all colors and in my eyes we all created equal. Just not a good experience here 😕

This place was SO busy! We have no Church's chicken anywhere near our home so it's a must stop for me when we travel. The staff was awesome. No matter how busy they were, they took time to interact with their customers and kept it moving. The chicken was perfect! They were out of coleslaw and the okra was over fried but the mac n cheese hit. If only Church's would come to Springfield MO 🤷🏻‍♀

This store is constantly out of product resulting in long wait times and substitutions. The dining area closed, duringthe day with only the drive-thru open. Yikes.
