Food was cold even though we ordered it there and ate in the car.
We recently visited for ice cream and encountered significant difficulties during the ordering process. The employee assisting us displayed a poor attitude and struggled with modifying our order, resulting in a 15-minute delay. When we requested an update, the employee became visibly frustrated. Subsequently, the card reader was inoperable, necessitating a cash payment. Consequently, we do not intend to return.
Did the drive through to save time. Very slow and understaffed, though the place was pretty empty for 1:15pm. The food was pretty cold and the drinks don't taste like coca cola. Not our best trip to Sonic. There's no way one could have lunch here and eat it within a one hour lunch break. Better luck next time

Their crinkle fries are good and have a nice coating. The restaurant provides a varied dining experience, with both positive and negative aspects for customers.
