Subway on Montana Street offers a mixed experience. While some praise the excellent service and tasty sandwiches like the excellent chicken bacon ranch, others have faced long waits and mistakes in their orders. The staff at this location has been described as both awesome and super nice, depending on the visit. The manager here takes customer feedback seriously and strives to ensure a positive experience, especially for out of towners. It is noted that there is no way to contact the actual store with questions, such as finding out the daily soup.
