Having berries or fruit in my coffee did not sound appealing but I trusted them. I'm glad I did, this will be my go-to when I'm in Montana. I'm looking forward to my next trip. “I have worked here in the kitchen for 6 years. We have had our ups and downs but no matter what the kitchen tries to do their best. The bartender and servers have their ups and downs but they give their best and most of all the owner has also see his ups and downs and is keeping the Hut alive. What do I recommend about the Hut The fight and spirit we all have to keep it alive. The food is good the drinks are good the service is good. So come and have a good time and know we couldn’t do it without the customers.”

When we were in the area last year (just after you opened the business), I purchased brewed coffee several times on my morning walk. Now you don't offer brewed coffee? “Today I went through the Stevensville Location of Florence Coffee… I own a coffee shop, so I know what good service is, I ordered four drinks for me and my kids. Just as I pulled in I got a terrible migraine, where I loose my vision which prevents me from driving. I mentioned to the barista I was going to pull over to the side and wait for my vision to clear so I could drive again, usually about an hour. They handed us 4 great tasting drinks. I proceeded to pull to the side and rest… about 30 minutes later there was a knock on my window, the barista was there with ice water, Tylenol and Ibuprofen for me…. I wanted to share this because I know how busy those girls are, and they went above and beyond to come make sure I was ok…. Thank you, thank you, and I hope you get some kuddos or a raise for your great service!”
