“This little coffee shop was close to our Airbnb so we stopped to check out their menu. We had tried some huckleberry items along the way and saw a huckleberry and cupcake coffee drink. We asked for it blended and it. Was. AMAZING. And priced lower than I expected. We went back twice more, even driving out of our way to get coffee right before they closed. Their staff was incredibly sweet and accommodating. If I’m ever in Kalispell again, this is the first place I’ll go!“

“I love your place, I really do! Why is it always so dirty and why are the tables always so sticky!? There are plenty of people working every time I’m in there to be sweeping and disinfecting wiping down tables! You guys could be a 10, but keeping the lobby clean does NOT seem to be a priority at all and it’s so sad!“

“Usually yes, I’m Ex employee for 6+ years. Best coffee and great staff , today at 4pm went thru the drive thru drink was really bad. Shots were burnt no almond milk in my 12oz dbl americono pumpkin spice with almond milk. So went back in they remade it. 2nd drink was worse than the first and no milk added, and stirred. Asked for my money back the cashier young man was nice and said ok so sorry but then the drink maker guy came up and was so rude he asked what was wrong told him and I had to demand my money back, clearly he should not be making drinks and secondly he should take his time to get it right one hundred percent on 2nd try. Not going back you suck extremely disappointed and will be telling everyone. And to women in front of us that was yelling at drive thru in front of us and made a u turn in front of us, now we know we weren’t the only ones getting bad drinks. 😢😢😢😢😢😢😡😡😡 Dear Becky Reno please help this location.“

They are both super friendly, always greet me by name and bring me a beverage or brew while I play the machines. I really appreciate both of them making laundry day more like a welcome break than a necessary chore.“

“Went there today to get coffee and we were walking out to our car and the hubby got a hand cramp and dropped his coffee so I went back inside to order a new one and they gave it to me for free. They are awesome there. Always wonderful customer service. Definitely my favorite Starbucks in town.“

“What an absolutely EXCEPTIONAL experience we just had here! My friend and I are from out of town and I had my corgi pup with me so I could get some homework done. They were incredibly welcoming, entertained my pup and even gave him a pup cup. Customer service was ABOVE and BEYOND. Never had such a good experience at a Starbucks before. So incredibly pleased! Thank you thank for the wonderful experience!“

“Came in late around 9:20 and the girl was locking up but let me and my kids and husband come in. So nice of her to do that as we were exhausted and hungry from our long day of helping family move. The food was fresh and hot and service was amazing even though they were tech closed inside. She really didn’t have to do that but decided to and my family and I thank you so much for that. We will be back!“

A best-kept secret of the west side of Kalispell, The River has a fun atmosphere, a variety of seating and a well- lit large parking lot. Families, friends, students and new friends were there. Open until 11 pm! Thank you, Liz!“
