It was a late and last minute decision the family wanted to grab something quick and easy. I did a mobile order from off of the Papa John's website. It was a easy website layout to navigate off of my smartphone. We ordered a XL New York Style Crust with mushrooms and buffalo sauce and for dessert we did a pie sized chocolate chip cookie. They seemed understaffed, unable to keep up with incoming orders and stressed. The floor inside the front door was a bit dirty from all the foot traffic, which indicates the place was busy before we arrived, but might have looked better cleaned. A few customers who came in waited longer than they expected to get their orders and were visibly disturbed by it. They had four delivery drivers and a DoorDasher coming in while we ate.
