I have been patronizing this Arby's for years. I am always extremely impressed by my experience. Staff is always friendly but also very personable and willing to go out of their way to take care of me as a customer. There was an employee that I got to know a couple years ago who would save up scraps of meat from my dogs and just give them to me, this is not something I ever asked for but this guy was clearly a dog lover and I greatly appreciated his generosity. The girl at the front taking our order (6/12/23, ~9:30 pm) was fantastic. Food was amazing, best Arby's I've had in years. Everyone working deserves a raise.The only thing that brings this score down is the incompetent manager who wrote, ""Your requested days off are just that. Not guaranteed", on the board by the office/fryers. Any manager who can't manage a schedule to provide time off shouldn't be in their position. I love this Arby's! They always get my order correct and they always have served it fresh! The staff here are super friendly, and professional. I never have had an issue with them. They always say hi when I walk in and bye when I walk out. The restaurant is very clean and tidy. I recommend getting their three cheese sandwich meal! To die for. I recommend this Arby's to anyone looking for a quick bite to eat!
