“A great restaurant with great food, a unique ambiance, and an excellent location. The log-built restaurant has a great and varied menu. The open, well-lit kitchen was impeccable, with a pizza oven and grilling ranges, etc. I had the 8 once filet, which was the best I have had in a long time. My wife had the Caesar salad with chicken, which was excellent, and to round it off, we shared a very good carrot cake. Our server was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable of the menu, wine list, and dessert options. All in all a super place. We'll be back for sure and will highly recommend The Blue Canyon Restaurant.“

“Best pizza I’ve had west of the Mississippi River. Decor blends a classic pizza joint with the modern aesthetic of the rest of the building. The BEST part about this place though is the murals. Unfortunately a plant and painting frame have been obstructing my favorite and making it a bit harder to appreciate. Otherwise the place is perfect. 11/10 would recommend.“
