“Many flies that can be understood because of the rain but they are uncomfortable, if there are fans they should turn them on.
The food is good, the horchata water is delicious, but the price may be slightly high. The meal course $110“

“This place hit the spot for lunch on our drive to Tulúm. We arrived right after a rush of orders so had to wait a pretty long time for our grilled burritos. We enjoyed watching the chef prepare burritos as we waited. They brought us complimentary guacamole because of our wait. Great service and yummy burritos!“
“Ebersain Vazquez and Rebeca Lopez are the best. Cant wait to come back to to Barceló!!! Had a great time with my friend. Always recommend the palace! The bar tenders were very good and I couldn’t recommend a better trip. Find Ebersain in the lobby bar and you will be happy!“

“Located in the bustling Marina Commerciale restaurant district which surrounds the Dolphin Discovery Riviera Maya enclosure, Dos Chiles offers up a range of authentic regionally inspired dishes, beverages and appetizers that were quite good, but frankly seem a little overpriced, a little under-portioned and not quite as flavourful as we’ve experienced elsewhere. Don’t get me wrong, the food is really good. But a little lacklustre, under-seasoned sometimes, over-seasoned others. Our larger group of 10 was seated quite easily as the restaurant was not very busy, though at prime time or during a busier season it may be wise to call ahead and book a reservation. The pancho villa combo was a great platter, with quite the variety of options for sharing. The service was friendly and informative, but our order took over forty minutes to be prepared. Perhaps it was the time of day (lunch), the large group, or a staffing issue. Dow Chiles’ location is pretty spectacular and quite convenient, being located just steps away from the beautiful white sand beach of the Puerto Aventuras Beach Club. There may, however, be other options that would fill the craving for authentic Mexican cuisine a little more fully, with a little more speed.

“If you’re looking for good food at great prices then you owe it to yourself to check out El Pancracio.I stopped in there two separate occasions and my food and drinks came to roughly 300 pesos. The first night I had 3 chicken tacos (not pictured), a side of guac and their 2 for 1 drinks. The next, I tried their 5 pastor tacos, guac and 2 for 1 drinks again. You can get their guac in different spices. I tried the medium and it was a good level.. I am not someone who generally likes too much spice but I’ll be trying the next level up on a future visit.“

“best place in PA. Amazing food and service. Great place to bring fresh caught fish for ceviche, fish sticks and tacos. Tony and Evo are the best servers and treat us like famil. Special thanks to JLC Fishing for the fresh mahi and triger fish for the ceviche and fish sticks tonight
Kid-friendliness: great for kids to watch the dolphins and run around“

“A cool open air eatery/bar right in the center of the area. Drinks are ok especially at Happy Hour. Prawn Service is recommended; nachos are good too. Live bands most days/evenings. Basically a hangout for Canadian and American expats.Directly on the Dolphin show. Prices ok for the area.“
“Great location, really good prices. Didn't eat but the food looked and smelled good. Bartender was training and the new bartender was not doing a great job but they did get us served to our satisfaction. Good place for an afternoon or evening. Not fancy but it does check a lot of boxes.“

“Puerto Aventuras in its part of the Canals and docks is quite well maintained, clean and with a variety of shops and restaurants.Highly recommended to spend a few days of rest or if you are thinking of a place for a long season or retirement.“

“The food and prices were amazing, and the waiters didn't really have the personalities I'd expect in such a fun environment. I mean, both nights we were there, the entertainment performing was incredible. But the waiters seemed miserable with no sense of humor or personality. We discovered this place, unfortunately, 5 days before we left, and we're definitely impressed by the prices and great tasting food offerings. Will definitely go there again. I hope maybe the servers were just having bad days and hopefully step up there personality's and relax a bit. The coconut curry grilled chicken was awesome. I did have a burger another night but didn't get any pictures.“

“VERY authentic Restaurante Mexicana! All four of us had different shrimp dinners, and all of them were top-notch! We had Camaron Quesadillas, Cameron a la Diabla, Camaron al Ajillo, and 2 more plates of Camaron Quesadillas, and were surprised at how inexpensive our meals were. We would HIGHLY recommend!EDIT: We liked this restaurant so much that we went back three times during our week stay in the area! Bonus - live music Friday and Saturday nights.“

“This is a great sports bar. A great menu and specials for 99 pesos every day! The stuffed peppers are really good. They also have great live music! There's also a pool tournament every Saturday! If your in Puerto, don't miss this place. It Rocks!“
“Went there a few days ago with a bunch of friends. Were pleasantly surprised at how good the place was. They offer an extensive menu for such a small restaurant. I had the grilled octopus and my wife had the Bunuelo De Camaron. The octopus was the best that I have had here yet. Better than La Caleta and 081. The Bunuelo wasn't so good, the shrimp still had the shells on and made the dish a mess to eat. Service was pretty good. Prices were reasonable. I would go back for sure.“
“Good place to eat. I've been going since it opened and as of today they have updated a lot, although the prices are the same, I suppose due to popularity, the place improved, it became a little bigger and they added a little more land, it's more crowded now, and even a small area for children already has, well to be exact, a trampoline. I really like the tacos al pastor, most of the dishes are well served even though there are exceptions. The staff is friendly even though sometimes they seem annoyed, no I know if it's due to fatigue, there are a variety of dishes from individuals to groups, the place is also rented for events, even though I don't know how they rent it, well, without further ado, it's a good place to eat and have a good time good with friends“

“A Must-Visit in Puerto Aventuras: Pelican Point Restaurant Excels Again!
Pelican Point never disappoints! I had the pleasure of dining there again today, and it was a truly exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting.
For starters, I dove into the mussels in white wine. The flavor was absolutely incredible – a perfect balance of savory and herbaceous. The clams in their shells were equally delightful – the freshness shone through in every bite.
But the real star of the show was the centollo crab for my main course. Spectacular doesn't even begin to describe it! The preparation was flawless, allowing the crab's natural sweetness to take center stage.
To top it all off, I finished with a decadent chocolate mousse. It was the perfect ending to a truly memorable meal.
This wasn't my first visit to Pelican Point – I first came in 2016, and it's become a must-do on every trip to Puerto Aventuras. The quality of the food is undeniable, and the flavors are truly mind-blowing. But it's not just the food; the service is outstanding as well. Guillermo, the owner, was fantastic – attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable.
Expect to pay a premium for this kind of quality, but it's absolutely worth every penny. Pelican Point is a culinary gem in Puerto Aventuras, and I can't wait to return for another incredible meal on my next visit!“

“We went on a recommendation, the food we tasted was delicious and the fruit water delicious; However, we arrived around 4 in the afternoon and some of the dishes were no longer available and they commented that they had little staff and therefore took a while to bring the dishes.
The quiet atmosphere, despite the proximity to the road.“
