Been trying for days to order a cake for my 6 year old daughter. Website is not working, and nobody is answering the phone at this location. Assuming they are open, went into the this store on the day of the birthday hoping they could help out without prior notice (no one answering the phone). My husband, son and I ate here today. We received our order so fast, everything was hot and exactly what we had ordered. Despite being the only customers there, the employees were working hard, cleaning, checking if there were enough napkins, etc. If I were a business owner, these employees are exactly the type I would strive to hire!

I bought an ice cream cake from this location Saturday & went to have the cake Monday today to find out that the whole cake was crystallized. I ended up throwing the whole cake in the trash losing my 35 dollars. I bought another one from a different location. I will not buy from this location again. Very disappointed ?
