“I had the best lobster roll ever. There was a huge claw piece on top of the roll and it was beautiful! It was very tasty and filling. My husband had clam chowder and it was flavorful and loaded with clams! Topped off dinner with freshly made wild Maine blueberry pie with ice cream. It’s worth the drive from Georgia just for this meal! The staff was very friendly, checked on us frequently and made sure we had what we wanted.“

“We could have really enjoyed the ambience if it was summer but again, there wouldn't be any tables available then. The restaurant was literally empty and maybe common this time of the year and we went way before normal dinner time. The Cajun Fettuccine Chicken was really delicious, as was the seafood chowder. The seafood casserole was not good enough. It was not bad, but not great either. It lacked some flavour and the sides along with the seafood seems to be a bit expensive for the price.“

“The owner and staff are pure gold! We were unexpectedly without hotel accommodations on the first night of a 3 day motorcycle tour. We were late comers in their door close to closing time to figure out what to do. They graciously welcomed us in, quickly provided us with hot coffee and delicious beef stew AND MORE IMPORTANTLY made our situation their problem to fix. After a flurry of leads and suggestions from everyone next thing you know we had a place to stay and it was beautiful! They were our angels that night!“
