“The food is truly authentic. If you're 100% gringo meaning you want the normal americanized fare you will most likely be disappointed. I love their good. The side bar with different toppings of pica de gallo, napoleon, salsa and onions to choose from help you accessorize your meal to your tastes. I really like their thick home made tortilla chips with made to order guacamole with added jalapeños or other hot peppers. Their chips don't break in the dip.“

“The restaurant has been tastefully redecorated - a modern, clean look, with big windows looking out over the pond next door, and a nice outdoor dining area. tasteful, not loud background music. This is definitely NOT a typical tex-mex place. The chef has trained in Mexico, and the dishes are all superbly prepared. We go to Mexico frequently, and the tortilla soup was among the very best we've ever tasted. The mole enchiladas were superbly rich and flavorful. The flan's description is far too modest. They left out the black raspberry, blueberries, mint garnish and orange/brown sugar glaze. Wow! Service was attentive and helpful. Not a fancy place, but a place to return to again, and again. At least 5 stars!“

“While driving by, this food truck caught our attention. We decided to take a chance, and glad we did! Pupusa and tacos were so good! The garnishing was also something that I appreciated. The guy working the truck and cooking was friendly, food was made in a timely manner. Would definitely come back to try some other items!“

One of the server messed up our order - we wanted shrimp but he gave us a talapia fish - fortunately it’s yummy and end up being a dish that we enjoyed!

Went back the second time, and wanted the same fish they served wrongly previously, but they gave us a different fish dish.

“After my previous positive review, we returned and wanted to update. They are very efficient, but the 2 ladies who work there most of the time are not very friendly and borderline grouchy. It’s a shame because they put a good bowl and burrito together. A friendly smile and hello goes a long way.

This Moe’s is the best in the Apex/Cary area. The staff is very efficient, the portion size is perfect, they actually clean the tables and do so with with soapy water. It’s nice to walk into a Moe’s that’s top notch. Only negative this visit was it was freezing and the music was too loud. Other than that, it was great!“

“I’ve been eating at Chipotle for over a decade and some stores in the Triangle area (and on a larger scale) have definitely dipped in quality over the past few years, but the food at this location was really good. I was also happy to see that the inside of the store was very clean and well-kept. It looked well-staffed at around 7:30PM on a weekday. Keep up the good work at this location! This will be my new go-to Chipotle.“
