“We were in Mebane visiting family and found this place through a Google search. How lucky for us! My husband (who is something of a pizza snob) said the pizza was great, my pasta was amazing, the strawberry cheesecake was worth the trip by itself. Our server, Sebastian, was super attentive, helpful and friendly. Another staff member stopped by our table and offered help, didn't catch his name, but he also super nice. VERY reasonably priced. Highly recommend!“

“Stopped for a quick bite after a meeting. Ate at the bar and Margaret was our server. She was fantastic. They were short staffed that day and she managed to take care of the bar and the food orders by running as fast as she could. The food was quite good.“

“Nice little local diner. I'm not rating this on a haute cuisine scale, but on the American breakfast diner scale. The food was decent, honest American breakfast food (Southwest omelette). Attentive staff and not understaffed like a lot of places these days. Nice casual breakfast.

“I bought a counter cake which I never do. I had been busy and forgot to order. This was my first visit and I’ll definitely be back. The cake was very fresh light and fluffy with great taste. The icing, chocolate was delicious. Rave reviews from all our guests.“

“The food was delicious. My husband had Country Fried Steak with slaw, green beans and mashed potatoes. I had Grandma’s Sampler. It is a complete breakfast. The piece of country ham was smaller than I remember but good nevertheless.“

“I like the Smithfield Chicken & Barbecue restaurants but this one really tops the list of the ones I've visited. The establishment is really clean, the staff insures that it is. The service here is top notch. It gives the feel of a much more expensive fine dining type of service. Karena plays a large part in bringing repeat customers to this location. “We have been to numerous Waffle Houses through the years. We were traveling through and stopped at this location (Mebane NC) for breakfast on a Sunday morning! They were extremely busy as all are on Sunday mornings. However this one was so organized and worked so well together which made getting food to all customers pretty quick! We were so impressed!
