“Several people running around in the back but no help in the front. Couldn't get anyone's attention to get tea because it's not out front. Ordered ahead before we left for an order to take to family, and when the app said the order was ready, we still had to wait 15min for order. Can't blame it on no one was working cause I counted 7 people in there.“
