“Everytime we visit the McDonald's on East Main St, Albemarle 28001, the service is very good, friendly and courteous. I really would like to thank them as yesterday (3/4/24), the employees went up and beyond the usual customer service. My wife had inadvertently put her cell phone on the tray, not knowing this and both of us being busy with our 23 mo. old granddaughter, you can say a major oopsy occured. After getting home, my wife realized her phone was missing. I went back to McDonald's and asked and the employees were tremendously helpful as the phone was in the garbage along with the refuse. They helped me and also retrieved the phone for us. Awesome People work there. Thank you so much for being so considerate and helpful. “The quality of the food here is good. Typically it's hot, and not old. Service is good. Speed is average but sometimes slow in later evening. Occasionally their English muffins seem like they were left out too long outside of a bag and get a little dried out. The order is usually always correct and I often special order burger toppings. The 2nd lane menu only half works. Not an issue for me as I only order online, but for a long time now, people who menu-order probably don't realize that only 1/2 of digital menu is not there. Maybe they can't get a vendor to fix it soon, but seems it's been that way for a long time.This location is 10 times better than the location on highway 52 in Albemarle.“
