They had everything ready seconds before I got there! On top of that they had one of their employees load up the car for me and made sure we had everything we could possibly need. The tacos themselves were excellent and our customers and contractors were THRILLED! One of the best catering orders we’ve done so far all thanks to Taqueria Rancho Grande. “First off, don't be put off by the exterior. This restaurant is in a strip mall by bass pro, and look like your typical cheap takeout place. That being said the food was fantastic. I've never had Peruvian before, but will definitely come back. The Yuca fries were crisp with a super tasty sauce, the beef saltado was delicious, and the fried rice I got was like no other fried rice I've ever had. Flavorful, with several types of meat, and little crunchy sprouts. Plus the spicy sauce they bring to the table really elevates everything. Service was ok. We weren't checked on other than to bring our food and one drink refill, but other than that its well worth the visit.“
