“I was here on a Monday morning and they were busy. Wait less than 4 minutes. Got the Sausage Gravy Biscuit and Hashbrown, Coffee. The biscuit was large and the gravy was great also the coffee was very good.PS Also got Doggie Biscuits. My dog loves them.If you see them stop and get themGood food.“

“An older gentleman fell walking inside yesterday. Even though it was extremely busy the manager, who was working hard alongside her staff, ran out and helped customers pick the fella up and check on him. She then walked him inside and helped him grab a booth. She whispered to a staff member to call EMS just to get him checked out and she proceeded to jump back in the midst of a big rush all while continually going to check on the man and making him something to eat. Several people offered to pay for the old timers meal but the manager lady insisted she had him covered. Whoever is in charge of her pay needs to make sure she's treated right and is taken care of financially because in 2025 she's extremely rare and a gem of a manager. And for her young age I'm just very impressed. Gives me hope.“

“We had a date night at a local winery 🍷 and we're hungry by the time the event was over. We needed a laye night pick me up! Staff was friendly and was attentive to our needs. We had them rolling in laughter. Food was delicious 😋 I couldn't finish mine, so I brought home the rest and it for breakfast 🤭“

“We just had such a wonderful experience at Waffle House! 10 New Yorkers who are stranded here in the snow showed up at once, ordered tons of food, and were met with the warmest smiles and hospitality, plus quickly delivered, absolutely delicious, reasonably priced food! “So yeah I love it. Went yesterday 7/28 and came back today to make sure it wasn't a fluke and low and behold it wasn't. Well Ricky, the cook from 7/28 was awesome, let me explain, have you ever ate cheese, jalapeno and onions fused together with a desired crunch, yeah that's what he gives. The fries were awesome and omg I took it home and it was still great not sweaty and still crispy. Samora, the waitress, ask for her. Hey energy is great and she never allowed the drinks to get low or food to get cold love her.
Now Shavonne, the manager had to step in on today, I didn't get the same good food vibe and energy from Carlos, the cook, so she stepped in and created the same remarkable experience for my second day in the row.
What does this tell me? IHOP you all have a manager that has the owner's vision at heart. Why do I say this? Instead of letting me just leave and remove the charges for food not prepared correctly she walked into the kitchen and prepared the food in the correct expectation of the guest.
I personally go to these restaurants and sit down, speak to my waiter or waitress, the manager and if the restaurant isn't too busy the cook just to get a vibe of how the establishment is ran and this IHOP in High Point NC on E. Parris is worth a try, and don't forget to ask for Samora.“
