“Spent all week looking for a Boston crème pie for my grandmothers birthday which happens to be on the 4th. They were so nice and being open for us to pick up the day before was so convenient! Was delicious as well!“

I ordered a cheeseburger with chili and mustard only and there was maybe a bit more than a dime sized amount of chili and no mustard that I could see. “My daughter pre-ordered at the Kernersville location. She went to pick up her order and was told they've sold out. The money and her points were taken from her account. I called the Bridford location in error. I got Anthony, the manager on the phone. He was very polite and understanding and offered to make my daughter's order. This is amazing customer service! We won't be going back to the Kernersville location. They need a class in customer service. Niceness and making it right speaks volume.

“Went there for the first time today after seeing pictures on FB. It was soooo good & the two ladies working were super nice. My family & I will definitely be back.“

“The first time I went there I had my two boys. The young lady let me taste rose ice cream, yes real rose petals. I didn't buy it at that time. so, I made another trip took my daughter and my fiancé. I got my rose petal ice cream and loved it. We all got ice cream headed back to my car to eat. Then my fiancé asks me do I want some more? I looked at him and said no I'm full. I said, your going back to get more, he said yup. He then asks my daughter if she wants more, she says sure. They both go back in to get more. He comes back to let me know they have crown royal ice cream. I asked real liquor he said yes. I said well I will be back for that one. The ice cream is homemade and smooth. Best ice cream hands down. Go and try something different. They have lots to choose from.“

We went today for a simple dessert.
A strawberry paleta.
And a papaya frozen drink. We also grabbed the kids some pre-packaged character ice cream bars, like you would get from an ice cream truck. We skipped on the street food today, but another day soon for sure!

The papaya frozen drink was made fresh. It was simi-sweet with the faintest bitter undertone. It wasn't too sweet or sugary. The texture was smooth and creamy. It had a good melon type flavor, if you aren't familiar with papaya. Papaya is SUPER healthy for you, and this is a wonderful way to get in your daily dose.

The strawberry bar was full of strawberry flavor and very creamy. It was a good consistency to bite into. It had a fresh strawberry slice inside as well. This was packaged, so I'm not 100% sure if these are made in-house, but they are great for a grab & go dessert!

The service was wonderful. The people working today spoke Spanish & English. They were welcoming to my family & kids.

We hope to go back soon to try the food and many other desserts and items on their menu! Keep an eye out for updates. 😊“

“Despite being out of ice cream, I still love the service. The servers treated us with a great deal of respect and provided us with very thorough explanations. They remained conscientious and courteous despite a rude, disrespect Karen was yelling and complaining. Very mature and kind workers💕“

“A party of four go into Mayberry about 3:10 this afternoon! We waited about 5 minutes to even be seated! No one seemed to know what to do! We had to keep moving as we waited so that a lady could sweep! We ordered just banana splits and 2 ice cream sundaes! They were brought to us in a timely manner and that was it! Never saw the waitress again until I paid! My grandson dropped his spoon, I got up to get him another, no one at the counter! One waitress just walked by me to get out the door! No wait staff to be seen in the restaurant! Everyone was in the kitchen, talking! One lady was standing in the opening and I know that she could see me at the counter, but she chose to ignore me! I was ready to go behind the counter, but couldn’t see any spoons! After 3-4 minutes a lady comes out! We finish and get up to leave, no bill! I go to counter and wait probably 5-7 mins. Cashier has to ring up 2-3 ice creams and some man was trying to get his to-go order and he had been waiting a while! When the cashier finally ask me why I’m there, I tell her to pay my bill! She has no bill, can not find it on the cash register! She asked me twice where we were sitting! While she calls our waitress, she rings it up and I finally paid! Doesn’t give me my change back, I have to tell her what I gave her and how much change she owes me! First time in a long time that we’ve been to Mayberry and probably won’t be going back! Wasn’t very busy this afternoon, lots of employees just standing around/in the kitchen doing nothing!“

Specifically, pranav, haliot, and mariama were beyond excited to explain the flavor because this was actually my first time. There was also a new employee that they were training who made my ice cream. It was so tasty!!!!! Definitely going to come back to this location.“
