Waited till we left the drive thru after sitting there for 15mins then decided to finally say “HI WELCOME TO BOJANGLES”. HIRE SOME NEW STAFF cause the ones you got now are lazy and
blonde lady in the window makes ppl wait like 5-10 minutes before ordering, then when you get to the window half your order is missing OR it’s over cooked. More often then not, your order will be wrong or there will be something missing. It has happened 3 times in a row for me. The lady in the window isn’t very friendly or engaging.
