“Had a really solid experience at the Chick-fil-A on Airport Rd. From the moment I pulled in, everything just ran smooth. Even with a steady line, they had people outside keeping things moving, taking orders efficiently, and making sure nothing got backed up.

Inside, the place was clean, organized, and had a good atmosphere. The staff was genuinely friendly—not just going through the motions—and you could tell they actually care about doing things right. Food came out quick, hot, and exactly how it was supposed to be. No missing items, no mix-ups, just consistent quality.

What really stood out was how well everything was managed. It didn’t feel chaotic, even though it was busy. That kind of consistency is hard to pull off, and they made it look easy.

“Not going to lie, I thought Bo’s as a whole was going downhill for a long time, or maybe I had outgrown the novelty of the a uniquely Southern fast food chain I got on my first trip to NC in 2006. Then I got a job down the road from this location, and over the past 7 months or so I’ve gone here out of convenience roughly once a week, and it has restored my faith in the chain. The biscuits are perfect, the food is always good, the order is always right, and the staff is very friendly. I’ve only had one issue with a bigger order while they were short staffed, and I’m not going to blame them for that; they made it happen eventually. This is now known as “the good Bo’s” in my circle.“

“This was hands down one of the best breakfast spots we tried during our weekend getaway to Asheville. My boyfriend and I both got a bacon egg and cheese on a biscuit which was out of this world!! Reminded us of authentic southern homemade cooking, something hard to come by with many chain or franchise restaurants. Highly recommend giving this hidden gem a try!“
