first time ever eating here, passing through (were from Michigan) and they were fast, friendly & food was great!!
Worse chicken I've ever had, overcooked. I needed a hammer to get thru the crust. Terrible food. I would never would recommend this place and I'm a retired chef
Good coffee! Perfectly adequate service. Atmosphere? You are aware it's Bojangles, right? Do people come here seeking atmosphere?

Bojangles offers delicious chicken, but the customer service at this location needs improvement. Some staff members were rude and inconsiderate, with one manager even seeming annoyed by orders. The food quality was inconsistent, with dry Mac and Cheese and raw Bo berry cookies. Despite a clean and modern restaurant, the negative experience overshadowed the visit. On the other hand, another location nearby boasts a wonderful crew that makes customers feel at home, showing a stark difference in service quality.
