Straight dang fire. The best Thai food I’ve had in Asheville. Their food pairs so well with Cellarest’s beers and atmosphere too. Menu tends to rotate (they always post it on Instagram @cassia.avl) and I have never once had anything that wasn’t thoughtfully made and absolutely delicious. Hands down the best bites in the city!The entire family looks forward to every pop up and now that they have a permanent food truck I may never cook again.?It’s fresh, thoughtful and so freaking delicious, every single time.

This is not the usual craft brewery food truck. This is elevated Thai food made with local ingredients (whenever possible), and it tastes like it. The food is bright and flavorful, often surprisingly light, and the portions are serious. One of the best places in town to eat, full stop.
