For the first time in my life I feel that my experience as a customer was bad enough to leave a negative review.... Walked in to an empty store with 3 employees at the counter, one man taking a phone order and the other 2 women having a conversation. We were not greeted or even so much as acknowledged until the gentleman got off of the phone, andhand proceeded to take our order. I am not sure what happened with my favorite sandwich shop. Went to get my regular order a week ago, and you were closed. I was upset, and hoping it wasnt permanent during the current circumstances. Went back today to an open sign, and I was thrilled. Walked in to see some upgrades, new menu board,walls, and decorations.
