Starbucks in Asheville

“This is quite possibly t he greatest Starbucks location ever. Everyone here is on point, and really friendly. The management does a great job! It's always so nice and clean, nice outdoor seating area, super fast wifi. Places to plug in EVERYWHERE lol, which is great for me because I always seem to he running around with low batteries on all my devices...yall keep up the amazing job! ?

“The baristas, Paula and her co-worker, were friendly, attentive and efficient. We’d just come from a vegan cafe around the corner where the food was delicious but we got no hello, good bye or thank and no one made eye contact even when taking our order even though it was not busy. It was weird. But this Starbucks made up for it! Thank you for the vegetarian options and pleasant service!!“

“I am here from out of town as part of the Hurricane Helene recovery effort & this Starbucks is open currently. They can’t use the espresso machine because of the water quality currently in the city but the young woman who was working yesterday and the young woman working this morning went above and beyond brewing coffee with gallon waters & making the drinks as close to “normal” as possible.
A hot cup of Starbucks coffee has been a luxury I have been looking forward to for a couple weeks and these two cups have hit the spot this week.“

“By far the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. They are always super friendly, efficient, and always making sure to get your order right. Kim is the best and always makes an effort to greet me and remember my order every time. There is also a regular staff member there who I don’t know her name but she is also amazing. I always order my cold brew with light ice and when she noticed the barista put too much ice in it, she corrected it and made it a learning lesson for her fellow staff member and told her “I’m just trying to help you be the best barista you can be.” I can’t say enough good things about this location. I wish they were all as amazing as this staff!“

“So, I understand that placing an order in a drive-thru can be challenging for some people, but the new signage detailing how an individual should order appropriately is juvenile and condescending. I love Starbucks, and this one does it right, however, lose the sign. No one needs to be talked down to when ordering their $6 coffee.“

“Google Maps led me to this Starbucks, which was located inside an Ingle's grocery store. It was well staffed with 3 people, and the customers seem to come at a slow but steady rate. The ambiance or atmosphere is that of sitting inside a grocery store. 😐“

“The frappes are amazing especially the cookie crunch the service not-so-good stood in line 10 minutes and we're still ignored the manager had to come take our order well the girls that work there we're just standing around talking horrible service“

“Other than being slightly overpriced, I absolutely love Starbucks didn’t think I’d ever like it. I usually drink my coffee, black and strong, but I’ve been buying the stuff for my girlfriend for about 3 1/2 years now and I figured I’ll give it a shot and I’ll tell you what they do know how to make a good cup of Joe.“

“Not a lot of Starbucks have been able to wow me, but this one has and more! The baristas are really nice (Shoutout to Soul, Madrianna, and Julio!) and are super creative with what they have to make drinks (The cherry chai and Swamp Water are both delicious). The place is super clean, a 99 last time I checked. The place was doing really bad before the new manager came in, but it's been improving exponentially!“

“Myself..I find it to be overpriced. I'm not a huge fan of coffee but I do drink it but I wouldn't spend $3 on a cup of coffee with no refill? Nope...I wouldn't do it! I have to watch what little money that I do get in order to make it stretch. I love cappuccinos but it would have to be a special day to spend that much money on something hot to drink.“

“Let’s be honest, working in a Target Starbuck’s (especially during the holiday season) is probably absolute hell... on top of trying to enforce covid policies. I’m a pretty frequent shopper and I’ve never had a bad experience, even when they’re slammed. There’s one girl who has purplish hair who is always exceptionally pleasant and it doesn’t go unnoticed. You guys are killin it, keep up the good work!“

“i had a great experience this morning with the barista! i didn’t catch her name, but Im a pretty nervous person and she was so friendly. But regarding the previous review— I also got a matcha and went away for a few minutes to check out. when I came back there was a gap, but i learned that when the drink sits it’ll foam down since it’s shaken when made! i got some more added on top and it was great :) don’t be afraid to ask them to fix something!“
