“Amazing! Amazing food, service and atmosphere. It was delicious! I have the buffalo chicken wrap and it was the best I've ever had. My hubby had the shrimp sandwich, our older girls had cheeseburgers and our toddler had the grilled cheese and everything was amazing! Definitely add it to your list of places to eat.“

“I don't usually review a McDonald's, but this one is an exception. I went to this location for a little breakfast while waiting for my dog to be done at the groomer. There was a part of me that said just order through the app and eat it in my truck. But I'm glad I didn't! The staff here was probably the friendliest I've seen at a McDonald's. They knew a lot of the customers by name, greeted everyone that came in and it seemed like a local mom and pop restaurant the way they moved around and treated everyone. It was clean and will definitely return. Keep up the good work.“

“I went today and it was my first time eating there. I got the Carolina Burger and onion rings. My first thought was WHY DID I NOT EAT HERE BEFORE NOW?! The burger was so delicious! I don’t normally eat slaw on my burgers and I forgot to have it removed, but I am actually so happy that I did forget. It added to it. I love a messy burger and I was completely satisfied! The onion rings were delicious as well! The sauce that comes with them was also very tasty. I don’t know what it was called but it should be bottled. I was telling my friend that I liked that they offered a simple menu. Not five pages of different burgers or other stuff. Cut and dry and I appreciate that. I will definitely be back!!“

“👍👍Two thumbs up on this place ! This was our first time going here and we will be back when we are in the area on our next vacation. The shrimp and grits was amazing - I’m a tough critic on shrimp and grits because not many people make it as good as my (chef) husband does but these were almost identical to his ! Also got the shrimp and scallops (served in pasta) and it was just as delicious! I love the fact that this place is in a beautiful historic building as well. Food came out pretty quick too! The waitress was so-so and the hostess area isn’t very welcoming but the menu is awesome and I can’t wait to try other things on it. This place was actually the first best QUALITY seafood we ate during our whole beach vacation week in this area. 👍👍“

“They are on summer hours now! 11am - 2am. First time eating at King Mac’s, and boy it didn’t let us down!!! Under new management now and the staff is awesome, food was even better! “I am amazed this place is not packed with lines out the door. We come in for vacation and always try a few new restaurants every trip. This place is what I have been looking for. Absolutely great food and generous portions. Such friendly staff. Will definitely be back every trip“

“Amazing Service and food. Walked in everything was very clean and standards were high for a lunch. Ordered the BBQ wings, at first thought the smell was a little different, took another sniff test and was suprised it was a very pleasant smell. Wings tasted amazing and Pizza was nice. For $35 for a lunch here was worth it, as the quality and quantity of food is a worthwhile deal for this. Service was nice, they dont have waiters constantly pester you but are aware and quick to know when you need something. 10/10 please go here if visiting.“

“There is nothing better than grabbing a Blizzard right after finishing the aquarium tour. It’s conveniently located right at the exit, making it an impossible stop to resist. The staff is always friendly and quick, even when it gets busy. It’s a 'Treat Center' (so mostly ice cream and drinks), which is exactly what we needed to cool off. A sweet bonus to a great day at Pine Knoll Shores!“

“We were rushed through our order. They were not busy but kept rushing. Even though husband restated order with only items his smashburger still had sauce on it. When brought it to the attention employee stated it comes with it but she would have them remake it. My smashburger didn't have the sauce and I had a specialty also.“

“Huge restaurant with tons of seating. We went off season and mid afternoon and had the place virtually to ourselves.
Service was great. We sat outside by the water to watch the boats pass by.
Food was good. Complimentary hushpuppies were served which were gluten-free. I had blacked catch of the day. Which was the jumping mullet. It was cooked to perfection. I came for the She Crab soup. Very good. Also had clam chowder. It was prepared differently with a broth base and tons of chopped clams and hash browns. Cute place.“
