“Bullwinkels is a popular restaurant in the Beech Mountain community, known for its great food and amazing staff. The pizza is a highlight, being considered the best on the mountain. They also offer a variety of Italian dinners. The spicy pasta dish and shrimp scampi were enjoyed by customers. However, there was an issue with a drink order, as a requested "Dark and Stormy" was served as a "Myers and Sprite with a splash of coke". The fountain drinks were noted to have a hint of mildew. The restaurant could benefit from better stocking and staffing, but the server was friendly.“
