“I live in Canada and normally for my friend's birthday I try to mail her a package of treats and other birthday goodies. This year, due to tariffs, I wasn't able to do so. I looked up local cake/cupcake shops that did delivery and discovered Kupkake Kouture and I am so thankful I did.

Kupkake Kouture went above and beyond. Not only did they make an amazing D'ssert Gift Box that fit the occasion and was carefully thought out, fresh and delicious (according to the friend who LOVES it) but I have to shout out to the care and thought that went beyond simply the creating of the D'ssert Box.

I ordered delivery through UPS because after CAD exchange rate, it was the more economical option for myself. However, friend and I both believe the delivery came personally from someone at the shop as she even took the time to wish my friend a happy birthday at the door. Not only did you bring a gift to a friend but you brought birthday wishes across countries.

Then proceeded to tell me I ordered seven cupcakes when I looked at the receipt there was five cupcakes and one extra adding up to six total cupcakes. She argued with me about the amount of cupcakes I ordered.“
