“Simply amazing! The customer service is unmatched. They are so easy to communicate with over email, text or phone! I mostly texted as that’s my preference.I ordered some cupcakes for my bridal shower. They even delivered them! When delivering them, a few fell over and we were able to salvage them (you would have never knew they fell) but they still made us a whole new batch!!They were so pretty! Almost too pretty to eat!! I was able to get a variety of flavors and designs. They tasted delicious!!! We will definitely be ordering again.“

“The cupcakes are delicious but Ayana should not be running that store alone and definitely needs some training on how to work in a restaurant. 5+1=6 I hope she sees this review too. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL EXPERIENCE. I ordered online they didn’t have one of my cupcakes she said she called I said I was sorry I didn’t get a call. Then proceeded to tell me I ordered seven cupcakes when I looked at the receipt there was five cupcakes and one extra adding up to six total cupcakes. She argued with me about the amount of cupcakes I ordered.“

“When I tell you that I ordered for my son’s fundraiser at daycare and got the wrong Bundt cake somehow… not sure if it was a mix up from the business or the daycareBut I don’t even care !! I was supposed to get red velvet and I got white chocolate raspberry .I will never get another cake from anywhere else . Birthdays .. holidays .. everything .I don’t even like raspberry and it’s literally the best cake I have ever had in my life.And this review is from someone that has 3 kids and has had probably a million cakes made fresh at different places for different birthdays.My mind is blown !!!.“

“My husband and I was on that side of town for breakfast and noticed a bakery next door and I had to check it out. Was not disappointed the cupcakes were amazing and the lemon pound cake was the delicious pound cake I ever had. I got a Easter bunny cookie for my grandsons Easter basket and they were so nice they sealed it in a bag so I can freeze it so it will e fresh on Easter Sunday for him. I will definitely be returning.“

“Where do I start... first off the young ladies up front always give excellent customer service. Very polite and professional. The inside is so cute. I have never received bad customer service ever. I frequent this location often. My favorite flavors to buy are Lemon, Red Velvet, and Vanilla. I also love the strawberry and confetti. I love that the establishment always have the buy one, get one free offer. Even still I end up buying three or four. Perfect location, less than 10 minutes away. I wish I had gotten all of the young ladies names because I definitely wanted to shout out all of them personally for being friendly and quick with the orders. I'm literally in and out in less than 5 mins or less. Thank you to all of the employees at the berewick location for giving phenomenal service.“
