Our experience at the Restaurant at Gideon Ridge exceeded all expectations, which were high to begin with. We arrived a little early and were greeted with a smile from the hostess who suggested we have a seat in the living room for a few minutes. We had the most wonderful meal here for my birthday! It was our third time but I’d argue our favorite.Amazing service.The sage gin cocktail was delicious. We got the pate, calamari & lamb cheek to start and dangggggg, just perfect all around. For mains, we split the scallops & the short rib. They were both unreal. My wife and I went for dinner. There were dishes that were amazing and some just ok, but overall a great meal. The service was lackluster. The views and atmosphere make it a pretty amazing experience. Next time we’ll try to get a room before it books up.
